Buyer demand is strong and inventory is low. 2) Price appreciation was strong at 8.1% in Chicagoland in 2023 and shows signs of continued growth for the coming 5 years. Thank you Costa Rica for the incredible scenery, wildlife, hospitality and memories last week! It was our first time there and we soaked up every minute we had in Arenal, Punta Islita and San Jose. The howler monkeys 🙉 and macaws 🦜 literally in our yards were so cool. The people were extremely hospitable and the food was delicious and SO fresh. Even the water tastes great from the tap! We loved spending time as a family together and getting to try new things together (who isn’t afraid of heights?!). I was especially impressed with the culture - a true commitment to the environment, a slower way of life but still providing exceptional ecotourism experiences. Grateful to all of those who showed and shared with us their jungles, quiet beaches, food and mountain vistas. Can’t wait to go back!
